French Macarons are best stored in the freezer if you are not planning on eating them within 24 hours. Their shells absorb moisture, so we do not recommend storing them in the refrigerator.

If you are storing them for a later date - Place them in the freezer, and bring them out at room temperature 30 minutes prior to serving.
