Royal Icing Cookie Workshop

In this workshop students will learn to flood & pipe their own custom cookies.  Students will take home 12 themed cookies at the end of class.

Easter Bunny Butt Cupcake Decorating Class

In this workshop students will pipe their own green grass buttercream & sculpt Easter bunny butt fondant toppers. Each student will have 6 decorated cupcakes to take home after class.

Easter Bunnycream Cake Class

Learn a variety of Italian buttercream piping techniques to create your own Easter finish on a 6-inch round buttercream cake. Hand sculpt, trim & shape your own fondant bunny ears, eyes, nose & paws. Each student will take their cake home at the end on class.

Ages 6+ Kids Class - Thursday, April 2nd 2PM - 4:30PM 

Ages 13+ Adult Class - Thursday, April 2nd 6PM - 8:30PM

French Macaron Baking Class
Scale & mix raw ingredients. Pipe, bake & decorate your own batch of shells, & fill them all with assorted buttercream flavors! Each student will have approximately 25 Macs to take home after class depending on how large students choose to pipe them.

Fondant Birch Bark Cake Decorating Class

Each student will wrap their own 6-inch round cake. Learn fondant working techniques, shape, trim & place your own fondant features. Brush paint accents & place greenery. Take your masterpiece home at the end of class!

COOKING CLASSES

 Baking will always be our go to, but we are just as passionate about creating savoury meals.

Turkey Prep & Deboning

Each student will receive their own 20 Lb organic free-range turkey supplied by the Morinville Hutterite Colony. You will learn how to remove all the bones while keeping the meat intact & be given your own deboning knife to take home with you. Next you will make homemade stuffing from scratch, with a recipe to take home - & Stuff, roll, garnish & tie your turkey to take home for your family dinner. Packaging will be supplied so that you can refrigerate or freeze your yummy turkey until your Christmas dinner.
